"Unprofessional and a bit sloppy. Tried to get a design ready for embroider and experienced poor communication throughout. The renderings that came back were markedly different than the design or my requests with no explanation. Multiple iterations with different issues. Had to catch the differences and ask about them to get them changed. Expressed frustration for the communication challenges over email and that frustration was ignored, not even mentioned in following communications, no attempt to apologize or reply to the points I raised. I eventually decided to pick up the garments and go to a different shop. I'm sure they'd say I was a difficult customer. Ours was a small order, but I'd expect better service, generally. Had an order with them go smoothly about five years ago hence the two, not one, star."
