"This Place is Amazing we went in to get a Dress two months before party so major crunch time. They agreed to make the dress with no hesitation. Every time we go in they treat us with respect. I would recommend them and use them again."
"Overall a really bad experience. They give you dates that they never meet, make you make useless trips to the store just to tell you the dress is still not ready, they don’t communicate at all and have the worst service I’ve ever encountered. They never show an apologetic attitude, instead they are condescending, snobby and very rude. You will never get to see the dress until it’s “ready”. They get super defensive when you try to confront them and try to express your dissatisfaction, I honestly don’t know how a “business” that treats customers like this is still in business. Do not bring your business here."
"they messed up my dress and many others please don’t come here . the owner (Carlos alan lara) is very rude and deleted the other reviews but please do not come here it is a waste of money ,they overcharge and there is hidden fees . they don’t even let you see the process until it’s too late . My dress came out a whole different color and it was NOTHING like i designed it to be . When i went to pick it up the dress was falling apart and there was still hot glue on the stones . It looked very rushed and Carlos Alan Lara tried to hide when i tried to confront him ."
"Outside looks beautiful but inside it is dimly lit, smells extremely strong like mothballs odor. Nobody greets you or comes onto the floor. There are signs everywhere that say no pictures, no video and no touching. I would skip this shop as an option as there is no customer service or prices on any products. It’s a very strange shop."
