"The office cancelled on me last minute due to a surgery Dr. Amerin had. It's fine to cancel but their method of communicating the cancellation was very unorganized and inconsiderate of the client. I found out about the cancellation AT THE OFFICE the day of the appointment. Please call your clients to cancel and text them through the portal where you set up the meeting as well. As for the doctors appointment itself, it felt impersonal and rushed. I felt that Dr. Amerin didn't genuinely cared about my concerns/questions due to her short and unhelpful responses. She also took a call in the first few minutes of our interaction which took me by surprise. Positives: I was able to get the prescription I needed sent to the pharmacy that same day, I learned about a test for genetic cancer that I had not heard of."

"I came here because I was referred by my primary care physician. Worst experience ever! As soon as she walked in the room i could tell she was judging me. Asking me standard questions, not really caring about my answers. Courtney Amerin made me feel like a second class citizen, which is totally unprofessional. I work hard every day, my job does not as of yet offer insurance benefits. She could really care less what my medical problems are, she had no empathy what so ever. Definitely needs to work on her bedside manner so to speak. Most callus Dr. I've ever been unfortunate enough to come across in my life. I will NOT being going back there again. I don't understand it, if she doesn't see people equally why work for a place that accepts medicaid? It just doesn't make sense. All MEDICAID USERS BEWARE!!! I will be reporting this doctor to the board as well. If I could give ZERO STARS I would."

"The entire staff at Women’s Health Clinic is so friendly and kind. I went through my entire pregnancy with them, and they were able to catch all of my health problems right away and I had an extremely healthy baby. Dr. Amerin is so kind fun. She is sensitive to people who are overweight or obese. She has never made a comment on my weight, only on my health. She truly became a good friend by the end of my pregnancy and I couldn’t recommend anyone more. I highly recommend going here if you are, or are trying to get pregnant. They are amazing."

"I loved having doctor Amerin as my doctor during and after my pregnancy. She's super nice and helpful. I'm glad she was the one to deliver my twin boys via c-section, it was so fast and I was able to stay calm even though it had to be an emergency and happened 2 weeks before they were schedule to be delivered. Had Dr Amerin for another procedure and as always she was the best. She made my procedure fast and easy and communicated with me through the whole thing."
