"Jill was so amazing and helpful!! I needed my current work boots replaced after only 3 months because they were starting to get worn out. Jill helped me get the perfect size and comfort insoles! She also educated me on the real comfort and durability of the boots and made me feel sound in my investment. She even ordered me my size in the heeled boots that I really liked, so I will definitely be back, even if it wasn’t for those heels! Overall I had great customer service and she was very kind, patient and attentive."
"I bought a pair of Heritage boots from Red Wing online and after about a month, some stitching popped. This was highly unusual for their boots in my experience. I took them to this Colorado Blvd. Red Wing location for repair. The stitching repair was completed at no charge to me and done in about a week, even with a holiday in the middle of it. Overall the process was about as easy as it could be. Also, apparently they use a local cobbler and shoutout to whomever that was because the repair looks pretty good."
"When I brought my boots in for a resole a salesperson behind the counter ridiculed me for the well-used and not-too-well cared for state of the uppers. Then, when I asked if anything could be done about a small hole that had appeared in the leather they refused to offer any solutions and instead blamed me for neglecting the leather. I understand they're not in the best shape. That's why I took them in for a service. They also want money upfront for the service before it's completed. I won't be using Red Wing's services any more. I'll take my boots to a local cobbler for what I need done and wash my hands of them. Update: had a far more pleasant experience @ Rhine's Shoe & Boot Repair. 2 day turnaround, no full upfront, and cheaper service. Support this local cobbler instead."
