"Wow!!! We ordered an awesome pair of Lems Summit Boots from Pedestrian Shops. My husband LOVED the boots (HIGHLY recommend) and they have been his workhorse shoes since buying them. But unfortunately, pretty much since he very first got them they had something wrong with them. I sent an email with photos asking if there was anything that could be done, thinking they may recommend a shoe glue or something, and they sent an entirely new pair. Can’t believe it.
