"Visited the store few weeks ago. Bought an item on Friday and then wanted to go exchange size on Saturday. Store was closed with no notice on Saturday at noon during posted open hours. Tried to call the store and no explanation given on their voicemail for the closure. Tried to call main HQ; no answer. I was visiting from out of town so now will need to pay the shipping fee to deal with the issue. I emailed their customer service line two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a response. Really disappointed and frustrating. Meh."
"I had the same experience as other reviewers. I drove to the store and tried to visit during business hours. Noon on a Monday. The doors were locked and there was no sign on the door. It says on the door and online that they should be open at this time."
"I visited earlier today (Sunday afternoon) during business hours, but the store was closed. There wasn't a sign on the door, details on their voice message nor anything on their website stating a change in their hours. Waited for a bit in case they were out on lunch but no sign of anyone. Would suggest calling before making a trip out."
"The OV Denver Store is one of the better OV stores we’ve been to. They have a large selection of items and are well stocked with different sizes. The staff there was super helpful, particularly Catherine. She was knowledgeable and helped share her expertise with us."
