"There is no joke 8 associates just standing talking to each other and trying on clothes. They don’t even say hi or help you. Order online. I think a requirement to be hired here is to be incredibly rude and stand offish"

"I went online to purchase an item but I wasn’t able to find it on the website. I decided to check in store since the product was recent. They didn’t have it anymore but the employee offered to call another location. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the exact product I had been looking for shipped to me before they were all sold out. Wish I had asked his name, great customer service at this location."

"Pretty frustrated. My son bought his gfriend a present from Alo and paid with cash. When he went to return it with receipt in hand, they said they don’t refund cash and we needed to contact customer service. We called customer service and was put on hold for 30 minutes only to get hung up on. We’ve had amazing customer service with both Lulu and Athleta so won’t be buying Alo any more."
