"Great clothes but lousy customer service out of their main office. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone! You will get a folksy message saying “everyone must be calling at once” and then nothing. Have waited on hold more than an hour before giving up. Lack of respect for the customers time lost them a good customer."

"Walked in because I saw some really cute dresses and skirts. About 5 people on the sales floor, and zero customers. 10:51 am Monday morning. Walked all the way to the back, found two things I wanted, and not one person spoke to me. I walked out empty handed, and the girl at the gift wrapping station said goodbye. Cute clothes, high prices, and no one to help me spend my money."
"The store is awesome and the employees are very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the employees are like vultures. They will not let you shop in peace. If you dare pick up a shirt and look at it, one of them is right there asking if you need any help. Every time I go in there I am asked several times if I need help. It is very uncomfortable feeling like you are being watched like a hawk. My guess is the employees are getting a commission or are required to sell a certain dollar amount per day."
