"I always liked Chicos before the pandemic. But they have hooked me as a customer for life with the way they have handled the pandemic. they adhere to all the Denver gov. and CDC guidelines, and provide service in a way that makes everyone welcome and safe. Join their loyalty program and you get 5% off everyday in ADDITION to whatever sale discount they have going. The Cherry Creek Denver Chicos and the Forum Chicos in Atlanta all have friendly helpful staff that work with the way you like to shop. Want to try everything on? Or Not? Prefer to be left alone until you have questions? Have arthritic hands and want them to follow you around and select stuff at your direction? They provide a great shopping experience and have super variety from dressy to business casual to comfy casual."

"I don't know anything about Chico's. I've never been in the store, and don't think I'll ever go inside. But! Outside the store, on the 3rd Avenue sidewalk, there's a marvelous statue named "Leo." The artist's name is not given, but the plaque at the foot of the statue bears this name and the legend "Donated by Jerry & Connie Wrench." I walk by that lion a lot, and I always rub its nose for good luck. You can tell by the shininess that I'm not the only one. So: kudos to you, Chico's! You may not have my business, but you have my thanks... for "Leo.""

"AWFUL!!!! My disabled father accompanied me for the day and the manager treated both of us with no respect. He needs crutches (or a walker, depending on the day) to get around, so he moves at a pretty slow pace. The manager apparently didn't have the patience so she began harassing us in front of other customers to move faster. If that wasn't embarrassing enough, she even threatened to have us slapped with a parking ticket if we didn't leave the store lot as soon as we left the building. Avoid this place."

"The travelers collection is comfortable enough to lounge around the house in, and still dressed enough to run an errand. The lightweight material is stretchy and feels better than PJs to wear. I can set with knees bent or crossed without constantly having to adjust the legs."
