Got there, asked for the 80-90 watt coils, checked out, and i was on my way home. Got home, took the coils out of the package and they're too big, the manager gave me P series coils. Okay a little annoying but mistakes happen, I can just go back and get them switched out. Got back in my car, drove back to the shop, and explained the issue to the gentleman at the counter (the manager that sold me the coils was using the bathroom) the person at the counter told me they aren't able to do a straight trade but instead offer the correct coils at a discounted price. The discount? 15% OFF. So i told him 15% off isn't going to work for me, so i waited 10 minutes for the manager to come out of the bathroom at which point i explained the problem and he told me all he can do is give me an extra 5% on top of the 15%. I couldn't believe it. So I left and went to freakys instead. Don't go to Vapez, go somewhere that'll value you as a customer. Not just as another sale."
