"Yesterday I was shopping at the Denver location on the 16th Street Mall and had trouble using a gift card that was purchased at a different store in another state. Austin, the assistant manager who was working at the time, was so patient and kind and did everything he could to help make the situation right. I appreciated his help and left the store more than happy with my shopping experience. Though the situation was frustrating, he kept his cool and made me feel like a valued customer.
