"Our Samsung dryer stopped heating up and we didn't know why. Called Denver Appliance Repair at 6:30pm, and Rollan came out the very next day. He was professional, courteous and very informative. He advised that our heating element had burnt out and there were several possible reasons for it. We narrowed it down to the exhaust vent being clogged and poor air flow as a result. Fortunately he had the part on hand and was about to fix the issue. He also performed a full maintenance and cleaned up the entire area inside the dryer body as well as the surrounding area in the laundry room. We're very happy with the result and would highly recommend to anyone needing similar repairs."
