"###Update### I have lived in Brighton a long time, to long. Your records only go back 2 years so you have no idea where I have lived. Stop lieing to the people. From a far it looks like a decent place to live. Like a mirage in a desert. The closer you get, the worst it looks. Until you find yourself at the gates of hell. Ruled by the devil itself and the minions that follow. Get involved with them you will be burned and tortured over and over again. May God have mercy on your soul. llegaste al infierno."

"Management is very lackluster, neighbors are inconsiderate, maintenance is non existent. They do the bare minimum to make sure there is no breach of contract, other than that, you are on your own. The heat in my specific unit has been busted for almost two years meanwhile whenever maintenance comes to fix anything they mark the problem as resolved. If you plan on living in Brighton might as well look into a super 8 motel because that’s better quality and probably cheaper month to month"

"I love it here! Moved from a really bad apartment here in town and this place has been nothing but good vibes. Been here for 3 months I have not had any issues at all. Usually everyone keeps to themselves and for the most part is nice. The inside has been renovated and looks really nice."

"Crestone Apartments has recently undergone a full makeover with all new exterior paint and signs. There's also a brand new kids playground and dog park, too. All the apartments have been recently remodeled with new flooring, paint, and modern fixtures. Lots of upgrades to enjoy here!"

"One star is too much... This has been the absolute worst place I've ever taken residence. Avoid living here if at all possible. It may seem like it is the most reasonable priced but once you move in they will immediately jack your rent up after your first year. Maintenance is non existant. They will do the bare minimal to meet the living requirements. In some cases won't at all. There's always fights in the parking lot. My car was damaged several times by thrown objects. The management did nothing to resolve problems. When we first moved in we scrubbed for hours to remove soapscum from the bathroom tub that was painted over instead of being cleaned. This place is a nightmare from hell. Avoid this place if you know what's good for you. Upon leaving we waited till the last second to return our safety deposit spite leaving the apartment in better condition than we moved in. (cleaner)"
