"I think the property is nice. We will be moving to this apartment complex within the next couple of months. I thought the on-site leasing agent was professional and personable. The doors did work & the property was well kept. My family & I are grateful for a place that isn’t as expensive as the other complexes in this area. Just because it’s income based doesn’t mean the property is in shambles, decent hard working people live here too."

"Worst management company. Poor costumer service and will discriminate against you. Alex the regional is a complete joke ! Homeless people are everywhere around the property and doors never are secure.only thing they have going for them is the maintenance guy. STAY AWAY FROM CONAM AND PROPERTY."

"ConAm management is a very abusive management company towards tenants living in their affordable properties no matter what state you live in. If you’re poor expect to be treated worse than the physical trash in the dumpsters outside. The only way you’ll be treated like a humane person by this company is if you rent from a market rate property. Staff will actually acknowledge and treat you well & actually communicate with you at those, it’s sad people have to have money to avoid being treated like dirt with this company. It angers me more that they keep growing their affordable properties where tenants are not treated well at all! I can think of much better companies who should take the affordable portfolio, & leave the market rate ones with this company where they are actually treated well."

"Set apt for showing, arrived on time and no one was on site. Doors locked, no answer to 12 phone calls to leasing number. They probably have bed bugs"
