"I didn’t want to give them any stars, however I had to in order to leave a review! They don’t attempt to deliver and try to cover it up with EXCEPTION what the heck is that. Then, the note says it’s undeliverable. They are delivering to a facility that receives delivers on a daily basis from USPS, FedEx, UPS, FlashGlobal and all kinds of places. This company is nonsense!!!"

"I have a package that is supposedly being delivered. It is via Newgistics; which Pitney Bowes owns. The tracking info just keeps saying exception, delayed with no reason why. I call Pitney Bowes customer service and there is no way to get directly to a person to help. So, I picked random options until I got a person on the phone. I told them what I needed and they said; okay let me transfer you to the right area. Last time I was supposedly transferred to the right area; I held for 15 minutes and no one picked up. Worst customer service i have ever experienced."
"How can I give a zero star review? PB's billing practices are so atrocious I was forced to buy out my contract so I could eliminate fees and service charges. They bill late with a short pay period so that you cannot avoid the charges. I switched to Neopost who create a mutually beneficial business relationship."
