"The manager is rude she never let's anyone do anything at all or she will put parking stickers on your car windshield which is illegal and if you sew her for it she complains about random stuff like disturbing the peace and stuff do NOT rent a apartment here."

"MEAN LANDLORD, TAMPERED WITH EVIDENCE My father lived here for years. Also died here. I couldn't get ahold of him and police refused to do a welfare check because he had a weapon in the house. I proceeded to knock on the landlords door for her to hopefully open my fathers apartment. She continued to argue with me and said "your father doesn't have a rifle up there, i know him get off of my property". Thankfully my aunt was there with me to convince her to open his door for me. When she did she quickly realized that i was worried for a reason. He had committed suicide. Her only words to me were "you don't even love him, you don't even care, your not even crying" (whileI'm trying to not freak my toddler out whom was with me) The landlord was continuing to criticize me and try to argue with me even after we all found my dad laying on the floor with blood everywhere. Then when we rushed him to the hospital (his body was still alive at this time)she went into his house and tampered with his apartment "cleaned up" BEFORE the investigator even got there to inspect. How do i know? She told me. I will never forget how evil she always was to my father and to me that day. A few days later i had to pull the plug on him she wanted me to clean his apartment out that same day (i had a time limit of 2 days) please don't trust this woman to care about you or your family. Because everytime i think about my father i think of her telling me what she did when i found him. You just don't say that... Btw it was apartment b-216"

"DON'T LIVE HERE. The manager Charity or whatever her name is SUCKS and is on a power trip. literally sits in the parking lot in her car watching people with the maintenance guys wife. Get a life. Super weird and unprofessional. ALSO many neighbors say they just barge in your apartment with no notice if they have a maintenance repair? It is REQUIRED to give a 24 hour notice to enter a tenants property. I dare someone to intrude and come in to my place with no notice. Also, telling people they can't have certain things on their balconies because it takes away from the apartments looks... Uhmmmm, WORRY ABOUT THE COCKROACHES AND ANTS FIRST. Don't rent here. They seriously aren't worth the money or the headache. For $1,300+ a month you can get a lot better."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. The Landlord is so rude, mean and super unprofessional. If I had the money to move out right now and break my lease I would. She is completeley unwelcoming, really shady and just not a good landlord at all. I would go into specifics but I told you all you need to know. If you want to move here and be judged by a cynical woman I definitely recommend. Other than her being less than admirable, the apartments aren’t that great either. I had found mouse dropping in my KITCHEN and when I talked to other tenants about if they had this issue they said yes and told me to deal with it on my own because the wonderful landlady didn’t want to deal with it. I took care of it myself and avoid talking to the landlord at all costs. I’m so disappointed in the way some professionals treat human beings. I do not recommend moving here at all unless there’s a change in management. I’m so disgusted."
