I sent her the information from her competitor, an she emailed back stating that the competitors was to good of price and she would not match it. That's ok, but don's say you will and then say no. Either way, go to shipped dot com, they are easily $800 cheaper for the same product"

Starting with Connie on the phone she explained all the opinions and pricing in a clear way and followed up with a confirming email. Then she made sure our purchase and delivery was also scheduled within our plan and made super simple. Chris and Derek then delivered the box and worked well within the limitations of our street. The unit was impeccable and the pricing was the best deal we found for a 20' container! Rick worked with us on multiple occasions and adjusted delivery and pick up schedules to best fit ours.
