"For over 10 years we've been getting deliveries from Royal Crest and they are consistently amazing!. The customer service is fantastic. At the risk of jinxing it... They have NOT ONCE gotten my order wrong in 10 years, through bad weather, pandemic, moves and moved delivery boxes... every week I come out and my order is there and correct. The food quality is consistent. One time I didn't like something and they made it right. I don't know how they manage to be so consistently great, but when I accidentally forgot to put my box out for this morning's delivery and they had just given me a new box for it I thought "of course they did". I happen to catch the driver in time to thank him and give him the extra box. He was so kind and friendly about the mix up despite having been driving 3 extra hours because of the snow. Highly highly highly recommend this fantastic family owned business."

"Read some of these reviews. It’s hard for me to see where they are coming from, but to each their own. Some people hate all kinds of soliciting and write all sales tactics off. (Like we usually do). Rating it low because of that is fair but also, I feel, is not indicative of the operation or customer service. We have a 1.5 year old and a new one coming. Going to the store constantly was miserable. This has been so convenient. Salesman was super nice, no pressure - it made sense for us to sign up from a pragmatic level. No issues with billing. High quality. I really wonder how and why some people are experiencing these issues. What really made me leave a review is this,- we are about to head into a 2.5 day blizzard. I asked my wife earlier in the day when stocking up to pick up more milk because I assumed royal crest wouldn’t make the delivery. I wasn’t upset by that, it just seemed reasonable to assume. At 11:35 at night 4 inches in, they drop off our milk. I’m not sure who the driver was at that date or time in castle rock - but thank them for me. That’s just incredible commitment. Update: after reading some more of these reviews, sometimes people are just sensitive and clueless."

"Love Royal Crest! We’ve been customers for just about 6 years and never had bad service. If we had any delivery issues (I can only think of 2 instances), it was resolved quickly with great customer service."

"We've been with Royal crest for 18 years and they are the best! The milk is so much fresher than what you get in the store you can taste the difference! Even on bad snowy days we get exactly what we are supposed to and the convenience is a life saver for a mom of many kids. If I can't make it to the store, I go online to the dairy and order enough groceries to get me through for a few days. Thank you Royal Crest for having excellent customer service when no one else does anymore!"

"I absolutely love Royal Crest!! There’s nothing better than waking up and checking my adorable milk box for fresh groceries! Their milk is the best tasting milk I’ve ever had - the chocolate is out of this world!!! They also have started offering a variety of different items like bread, meat, and meal kits so it’s fun to check in and see what’s new. Lastly their customer service is top notch! If I ever have any questions they’re quick to respond and always sound so happy to help. I’m so glad that I’ve joined their service and am helping keep this Colorado tradition alive!"
