"Beware of placing to go orders here. We ended up getting a tiny salad missing all the premium ingredients we had paid extra for (avocado). Also we asked for a lemon squeeze not for an entire lemon dumped into the bowl. Huge rip-off."
"EXCELLENT place for a healthy option. We had the kale bowl with mushrooms and the chicken bowl. Both were DELICIOUS. Lot's of smiles and excellent customer service too. My only critique is that the restaurant was a little cold in there."
"We are glad to have this in the neighborhood but they really need to address their protein portions. 3 small pieces of chicken for $4.75. I asked for extra and she charged me another $4.74 for 6 small pieces of chicken. Crazy. Also, this was after the employee told me it would be $3. If I wanted to spend $25 on a salad I would’ve gone to a nice restaurant. My husband is also disappointed because his entire crispy rice bowl is just a lump of kale with hardly any toppings. Step it up! People in the highlands will move on fast. Especially when when we’re used to other non chain options in the area."
"Went during the soft opening and the grand opening! Quality of each item was amazing and fresh! Everyone seemed to love what they were doing because everyone was smiling and having a great time! It was pretty packed on both days that I went “during Winter” in Colorado… so that says a lot about what to expect! Hands down, this is my favorite location!"
"Still some kinks. Love sweetgreen and have visited this new location 4 or 5 times now with mixed experiences. Service is great, but quality of food needs some work. On my most recent visit, all of the lettuce and cucumbers in my bowl were soggy. Seemed like they had frozen and then thawed. On another visit, I found quite a few bones in my chicken and didn’t realize until I got home that I had received the incorrect dressing. Will definitely be a regular visitor if this location can work through its issues."
