"I honestly loved this place last year, but ever since the new management started it’s been terrible. Me and my roommate renewed this year without being warned about the change in management. The new manager isn’t very responsible either. We don’t have a maintenance person and I’m paying about 1800 a month for this place. My stove has been broken for a year, my oven is also broken, my toilet wouldn’t flush and it took the new manager a month to get to it and fix it. There is no wifi and if it ever does work, it’s horrible. I literally have missed assignments due to no service and have an F in chem lab from the first week of assignments. There is also an ant infestation in all of our rooms and in the kitchen. Disgusting. I am super disappointed and it’s really frustrating. Please look for a diff place to live if you were considering saga. The managers main priority is putting wall flowers in the hall and making stickers for the “Saga”. Really disappointed. Get it together."

"The new management in this place is awful. The building manager Amber is horrible. Her replies to previous complaints are asking to set up a personal meeting, because she doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls and is never in the office. Most parents live out of state and personal meetings are not possible. I’ve sent her multiple emails and never got a response for any of them. The building manager is also charging people unbelievable amounts of money for damages done by previous tenants. Here 2022 August move in pictures, one year later $1500 move out damage charges"

"This place is god awful. The new management is incredibly rude to tenants and has made life much harder. The place is beat up and you will get charged for damages caused by previous tenants. It is incredibly expensive for such a low quality place to live."
