"I am not entirely sure if its due to management or poor staffing choices, but the effort put forth into the service this annex supposedly delivers has dropped off pretty hard. Getting half of my orders, unclear and inaccurate updates, packages just thrown onto my porch without care, etc. I called the Annex to inquire about me receiving only one package from a order that had 2-3 total, to getting told that, basically, they wont put in the effort to "dig" through parcels to find one other package for a delivery (despite they were both checked in, together, 1 minute apart) is pretty half-a**ed and does not reflect the service they say they offer. I would not have felt a need to post a review about this if it wasn't for getting told that they are basically too lazy to do their job, so they won't. I feel I would have preferred a lie that the package didn't actually arrive today. That would have done me better than the answer I got."
