Even in my most recent experience, when I was trying to move something into my condo that simply wouldn’t fit through the stairwell, the Strong Man crew took a thoughtful approach. We troubleshooted quite a bit, pursued some options and they were honest when it was time to admit defeat. We ended up dissembling the piece of furniture (which wasn’t initially an option) - and they did so carefully and creatively enough, that I was able to rebuild the piece once it was disassembled and moved in. That was a long day - and I appreciate the Strong Man crew for working with me on a challenge that put us all through some mental and physical challenges."
