"The team was great. Moved everything in our offices to a new location and were professional and kind. They assisted in packing and disassembling some furniture. No damages. The management team on the other hand had double booked us for an 8:30-10:30 window. We were all ready to assist in the office move and did not get any notice that they were running behind. I called the office at 10:30 for an update and didn't receive any sort of call until 11:30. The team showed up at 12:30. It extended our move day til 6:30-7pm. Poor service in setting expectations and follow-up. I have requested a call from management 3 times now without a call back."

"Showed up 4 hours late, broke multiple pieces of furniture and offered me literally 10% of its value to replace. Had to have them to come repack what I could see of the container because there were loose parts to my night stand (that was not wrapped in moving blankets) rolling around. Hardware from my bed is missing. The pictures from my unpacking say it all. Yes… that’s a box with a big red fragile sticker placed at the bottom of a stack of boxes of books."
