"Instructions given were no followed. Walls in both homes were dented and damaged. No furniture was wrapped or protected. They had no tools to disconnect or disassemble furniture or appliances. Truck was not properly loaded so lots of wasted space, also confirmed by one of the movers that it wasn't loaded properly. I felt scammed as one of the team members kept saying he could do the rest of the move himself and to not schedule again through Bellhop. We advised to move large furniture, appliances, and large boxes first so if there was anything left over that we could move in our vehicle, this didn't happen. Items of insignificance were loaded first and then we were left not having essentials in our new home. My appliances were dented and scratched, one of them being a brand new refrigerator. There was no regard for our belongings or wishes. In addition, the team told one of the crew that there was no room for him on the truck, yet they stopped on the way to our new house while on our time, and picked up another crew member. We left 25 minutes after the truck and arrived well before them. Unloaded our full vehicle, took off railings to the basement, and waited around for an additional almost 30 minutes for them to show up with our belongings. Things were not moved to the rooms they belonged in, they were clearly marked on the boxes. Our furniture was just left in pieces in the middle of the room and not put back together. We had to reassemble furniture and reconnect all appliances ourselves. I will not recommend Bellhop and I'm highly disappointed in the service we received."
