"We just used Johnson Moving and Storage to move us from Colorado to Arizona. The whole experience was a hellish nightmare. Here is what happened: 1. Pricing changed several times because the salesperson never took the time to visit our home. We did a walk around with a cell phone conference. 2. Packers showed up without proper tools and equipment. They said they spaced it out. My wife’s clothes were jammed into dish packs with hangers attached even though we paid for wardrobes. 3. They said they lost one of my containers. It took 5 days to locate it and get it to Arizona after my first shipment arrived. 4. My dining room table was extremely damaged because it wasn’t packed properly and things crashed into it during the move. Too many items were damaged to mention. My Traeger smoker actually went through the side of the container. 5. Claims process took too long. Customer service was pathetic and non-responsive. The final word is hire these guys at your own risk. Watch everything they do on both ends of your move. Customer service was a joke."

"Johnson Moving and Storage provided the worst moving experience of my Family’s lives. In August 2021, my family moved from Denver to Jacksonville. The packers and movers in Denver were very good. That is where all good experiences ended. The communication that we received is my main concern. Many times, it was difficult to receive information on the status of our move. When we did, it was more times rude than not. Johnson advertises that they are not a moving brokerage and this is why we hired them. This is far from the truth. The driver shortage due to the pandemic is understandable but it was never explained to us that a totally different company would be delivering our household items. The company in Jacksonville was not professional. They complained the entire time and it was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. This is after our household items were delayed two weeks after the day we were told that they would be delivered. There was never any concern for our extremely uncomfortable living experience during this time. Johnson offered us a $500 refund for our trouble which I still have not seen. This is a shocking amount in accordance with the amount that we paid them. Moving across the Country can be difficult but Johnson Moving and Storage made it more than terrible. Please think twice before going through a similar situation to ours. Hopefully, Johnson will emphasize to their team members that kindness, respect and ethical dealings are paramount to customers."

"After a Zoom estimate meeting and multiple phone calls, I was on Johnson's schedule to move on 10/29, and was told that a moving coordinator would be calling me several days before to confirm the details. When I called to follow up on 10/26, they informed me that I was not on the schedule and the paperwork for my move wasn't sent to the correct department. 3 days before I'm supposed to move, I find out that the moving company can't do it! Talk about getting screwed. I would highly caution against hiring Johnson Movers."

"Johnson Storage was a vendor that worked with us through our moving company. They were organized on our departing city (New Orleans) and contacted us upon our arrival to our arrival city (Denver) to coordinate arrival, unpacking and assembly of a high-quality/expensive piece of furniture we moved cross country. The table had a marble top and concrete base, and they handled it all extremely carefully, packed it successfully so nothing broke/scratched, and even showed up early (note during a snow storm!) to unpack the table and assemble it for us. They were awesome and so helpful!! And knowing they were taking care of this piece of furniture that means so much to my husband and I, allowed us to worry about one less thing. Thank you!!"

"Johnson was by far the best moving experience I've had. Attention to detail. Wrapped things better than even I would have done. Very competitive price and sufficient moving staff. The only problem was that our couch was damaged. Johnson promptly compensated us within two weeks."
