"I was a little slow in putting a lock on the unit. It was very good and reassuring that they were checking on the units and that they proactively called me about my storage unit. Thank you."
"Kristin answered my call on the first or second ring, politely told me that she was assisting a customer and took my number to call me back. 15 or so minutes later Kristin indeed called. I explained my issue; Kristin said “give me a few minutes to run this down, I’ll call you back”. About 20 minutes later, Kristin called again with a practical and efficient solution to my issue. We then corresponded a few times by email and text until everything was squared away. I was fully expecting an automated call service and/or lengthy time on hold and otherwise the general hassle that “customer service” numbers often involve. Not the case today! I spoke a few times with an extremely pleasant live employee and, voila, problem solved."
