"Aron here. Yes, the manager in question that all these reviews seem to have an issue with. Let's be quite clear, objective and patient language is always used, and options within my limited power are always offered, with customer being forefront in mind. Compassion and integrity and honesty are my values. Objective truths serve everyone involved. We as a business deal with 3rd party vendors, and sometimes awful infrastructure. We do everything within our power to provide prompt, quality, exemplary service to every customer willing to let us do so, and I stand by my words and actions as everything I do I'm accountable at the highest regard. So I encourage you, come down, shake my hand, have a reasonable patient discussion, and we will take care of you. The circumstances speak for themselves and I carry ethics and urgency my work, as should my team. I'm always holding door dash accountable and banning drivers who can not provide the service, so much that I've created a comraderie of regulars, drivers and customers alike, by doing so and regulating common issues. And for every 1 or 2 star review here, I've had 3 or more positive experiences and made someone's day. So please, do mention my name. Aron. I appreciate my customers knowing who is solving the issues, and who will make their day if they are willing to receive it."

"Ordered a box with cheese pizza and pepperoni with bread sticks. Ordered a medium cheese pizza with mushrooms and onions. Plus ordered a cheese bread sticks. We did not get the cheese breadsticks. Pizza Hut won’t help and told us to call door dash. Door dash tells us to call the restaurant. So basically someone took $15.00 and we got nothing. Plus we gave the driver a tip of $20 on an order under $100. Not a good way to run a business and letting customer take hit. Plus we don’t have enough food to feed everyone in our home so now I need to pull from freezer and cook and that somehow defeats the purpose of ordering. Thanks Pizza Hut!"

"Disastrous experience. I'm not getting attached to this location because it will close up as fast as it opened. They outsource their delivery to Doordash who delivers it to somebody else and then you're just left with no money and no food. The young man who assured me he was the general manager of the store refused to provide me with any way to contact a regional or district manager to discuss the myriad of things that went tremendously wrong with this order. It's unfortunate that Pizza Hut has the best tasting pizza of any chain on the market, yet such terrible service that I will never be able to choose them again. I still would like to hear from the district manager. Edited to add: Just saw all the other 1-star reviews mentioning the "manager" Aaron. That is the same person who made today's situation so infuriating. No idea why Pizza Hut as a corporation would let this person be the face of management at their store. Argued with me, did not listen, did not attempt to understand the situation, interrupted everything I tried to say, was beyond unhelpful and unfriendly, and told me basically that everything is 'Pizza Hut Corporate's fault' and that it doesn't matter if I complain because nobody at corporate will care or do anything about it. "I’ve been eating Pizza Hut since I was a small child and still absolutely love it to this day when I find a good one. In my 41 years on this planet I’ve never had a better experience at the hut! The pizza literally looked like it flew directly out of a commercial, hand crafted with love and baked to perfection! The familiar flavors did not disappoint as they whisked my coworkers and I away on a culinary journey for the ages, tantalizing our tastebuds and imaginations until pizza fortune favors us once again and we can call the Pizza Hut Thanks Aaron!"

"Save your money and mental well-being! My recent takeout experience at Pizza Hut was nothing short of disappointing. The pizza's quality was subpar, with a doughy crust and haphazardly placed toppings. Service was slow and inefficient, even for takeout. Employee who took my order was rude and claimed to be a manager. Pizza Hut needs to step up its game in both food quality and service, especially considering there are better options at similar prices elsewhere. The delivery driver, who I will add was very kind, told me that the management is controlling and causes many problems."
