"I booked a car from Phat Limo for this evening for my wife's birthday. This morning, we found out our daughter was in an accident in Denver and she was in ICU. I texted the driver this morning, telling him what happened and explaining we would need to cancel the car service. I just received an email from Phat limo. It was my receipt where they charged my credit card for the full amount, including a 20% gratuity. They were kind enough to highlight in yellow "ALL Payments are NON refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!!!" Beyond the money, their complete lack of compassion absolutely floored me."
