"Evidently the staff is uninformed and poorly trained in regards to service dogs. Smart mouthed woman behind the counter refused service, and told me she didn't care what law I was talking about when I tried to explain to her. She said that I could sue her if I wanted to. My dog was vested and clearly marked even though he doesn't have to be. He was quiet and fully under control. Been one of our stops for over 6 years. New ownership. Now they are more interested in selling pot supplies than treating people with respect."
