"Cashiers are scamming people. I was told "If you sign up we will give you a box of truffles". I bought one item. When I finished singing up he put the truffles next to my item. So now the 2 items are on the check writing area. But when I finished paying he took the truffles away and put it back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then handed me my recieptreceipt. Manager said it was a mistake. No. You do this on purpose knowing most ppl won't speak up so you can sell the boxes next week. You should hand it to the customer at the end of a trade Just know: if you sign up you'll have to fight for what is yours!!!! And yes it was on my reciept! The deplorable levels businesses have fallen to its out of control!!!!! We now have to ask for the free item we were promised!!!!!!! No. No. I'm done with your business - besides the one item I need you never have in stock"
"Usually, the staff are always helpful and friendly. I often visit the Mission Trace Natural Grocers south, I stop here on occasion in Arvada, for the last two trips a cashier has been super rushed and acted like customers are a waste of his time, it wasn't busy, other staff are friendly and helpful. I understand, I've worked many retail jobs before and I'm in a customer service based industry now, I know there are other things to take care of but this makes me want to not visit your store or at least hope there's another cashier available."
