King Soopers

"I was just in there and purchasing less than $10 worth of FOOD items. I went to a cashier and when I went to pay with the change rolls I had they refused to accept my money. They told me they will not count the money and I can use coinstar if I want to. Coin star costs money to use. So they are forcing me to to pay money to use my money ? Also refusing to sell me FOOD items. Change is money. I was able to go to self check out and use the coins there. Why are cashiers so lazy and unwilling to actually help at all. I even requested the manager Zack and he came over and refused to accept my money also. They both said they will not count the money. It wasn’t pennies I was paying with mind you. But even so money is money and they refused my money and refusing me to purchase FOOD items for my family. I will be contacting all the news channels and reporting this to them to all news channels. What if I was homeless and that was my only way to buy FOOD for my family. They would deny me purchasing FOOD. Also mind you the change was in pre wrapped already counted and placed in coin sleeves as well. What horrible LAZY people that work at this Kingsoopers. I am completely embarrassed to have this costumer service at the kingsoopers I have been going to for over 20 years now. This is totally discussing!! And the manager Zack is also LAZY and is not helpful to the customers. I am completely shocked with this experience and I am definitely going to be reaching out to the kingsoopers corporate offices, and also all the news channels because of this customer service experience that was completely uncalled for and completely ridiculous less than $10 and they refused to count my money. WOW"

"Usually has a great selection but with there current remodel they have got rid of their whole school supply section and all I really needed today was a pen for work. Luckily the cashier at self checkout was willing to give me his which was really sweet but I do not thing you should scratch a whole section for a remodel."

"I wish I got the name of the pharmacist tonight because she was a sweetheart. She was so empathetic. They are always so busy and she didn't act rushed and offered to spend time answering questions if I had any. That's how I remember going to the pharmacy used to be. Hoping this gets passed along to her."
