"The Store Manager Annika is phenomenal - super helpful and willing to go above and beyond for her customers. Her staff is equally friendly and awesome (shoutout to Bailey), the store is very clean and well-stocked. The print station was an especially great experience - we got several materials made (small items to a large, over-sized poster). Everything came out looking accurate and high-quality. Really appreciate the hard-working staff at this location!"
"They always have the product I went in to purchase. In general the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable; in 5 years I've only had one experience when I felt the staff member didn't believe me and wasn't willing to put any extra effort to understand what I was really asking."
"I had a really bad experience at this store. I felt I had to beg for help. There were 2 employees at the print center and the first one told me that I had to submit my file online and wait 48 hours to pick-up. He didn't even know what I wanted or was asking for. The second employee told me he didn't know how to use the printing machines as he walked away from me and didn't give me a chance to ask anymore questions. The second employee had just finished helping someone at the copy machine and seemed so annoyed to be helping customer."
"Very rude and not helpful. I had a few questions while I tried to work the self service printing. The guy I asked told me I wasn’t supposed to be using it and that all walk ins will be 2 days waiting time but didn’t give me any information and never looked up at me once. Very rude and it looked like he was the manager of the store. Acted very annoyed with me simply asking if someone could help me. Will not return"
"Young man who helped me with ordering printer cartridges was wonderful. We both enjoyed reminiscing about "Old School" NBA, players and teams. Makes actually visiting Brick and Mortar worthwhile!"
