"DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE. We bought a whole appliance package and the day of delivery they just decided to skip. Then after many calls to find out what was going on we got them to try another delivery date. Second time they show up but forgot to bring the dishwasher and microwave. Now after waiting the entire weekend it's the next week and we have no answers as to where our appliances are. We have left messages for the store manager Lee (no call backs) and Jerry (no call backs). This store is being run by people that don't care. We order multiple appliance packages a year and will take our business elsewhere."

"Lowe’s it’s the worst place specially the one in Aurora on Havana Street people please don’t go here they don’t care about their customers. I spend an hour waiting for some buddy to come and help us with flooring. We told employees four times we needed assistance. There were just passing ignoring, standing around and not wanting to help the customer at all. I guess they don’t care about their customers never ever coming to this place again had to go to Home Depot first thing they say at home depot is there something I could help you’re looking for and definitely went and bought my flooring there"

"If you are buying major appliances, I strongly suggest going through Lowe’s. As it turns out, they are one of the few companies that does not outsource delivery. This may sound trivial, but it’s a big deal. The Lowe’s customer service, sales, and delivery teams are excellent. Check out my reviews of Best Buy Belmar (Colorado) for comparison. After weeks of frustration with Best Buy, I turned to Lowe’s after a friend mentioned that they do their own delivery. We had a hiccup with the first washer/dryer dented upon arrival. I wasn’t thrilled, but understand that these things happen. The driver was apologetic and immediately tried to make things right. The second attempt at delivery was two days later and I give the delivery guys a lot of credit. It was a difficult maneuver and there were issues that I won’t get into, but these guys were great. Super patient, willing to get creative, and honest. I had to call customer service due to the damage and to reschedule haul-off of old equipment. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and actually helpful. Good people. Lowe’s now has a new customer for life. Thank you all!"

They all helped me with getting tiles that I needed ASAP because my contractor was on his way to start the project. The tiles were on sale and they look amazing.
