"I walked into 5 below today and the store was a mess. There was no space to walk and we kept tripping over the boxes they had all over the sales floor. It felt really uncomfortable to shop here and it felt dirty. I don’t know what happened from a couple months back that my family and I came to shop here as the store has changed tremendously. My family and I have came to shop specifically at this location because of how clean and organized the store was and the customer service that we got previously. What happened?"
