"The heavy man with long curly hair is pretty worthless and extremely rude I waited for 15 minutes at the counter he came behind counter ignored me couldn't even say I'll be there in a minute. Then a few minutes later there was a line of a few more people do you think he came to say anything to us NO he didn't, a lady had to got talk to him after I pointed him out and explained I shop here often and he is extremely unprofessional and rude and hard to communicate with because he wont, then he gives her an attitude of course and says no I can't help anyone for 30 minutes so why didn't he just tell me that 15 minutes before I'll tell you why because he hates his job and probably himself . He should be fired him and people like him don't deserve my hard earned money paying they're salary."

"Why have 12+ self checkout registers if they're always closed? This King Soopers used to be the best in town, now it's one of the worst. There's always a huge line for the only 3 registers they have open. Employees just sit by and watch instead of opening up another register."

"Most of the time my experiences here are good. However, if you were getting prescriptions, this is not the place you want to pick them up at considering nine times out of 10 they don’t have your ones that are on auto fill ready when they should be they still have to wait for the order to come in at that point and on top of it they’ll tell you your prescriptions will be ready at one time when you show up there they don’t have them ready so you’re going For a 10 minute shopping trip come back and they’ve decided to shut down for lunch instead of making sure their customers are taken care of. I would recommend using a different store to pick up your prescriptions because these people here just don’t care when I asked to speak to the general manager of the store, conveniently she’s too busy to speak to somebody over the problems that are arising in the store"

"Are corporate profits not high enough to hire someone to put carts away during the day? The parking lot is filled with loose carts all over the place every time I'm at this King Soopers. Interior store is fine."

"This King Soopers is a favorite of mine! The store has a wide variety of items (to include clothes, shoes, dishes, towels, bedding, large toy section etc). This store is not convenient to me, but I often drive the extra distance just to shop here. There is a DMV License Plate Kiosk in the front of the store. This is a huge convenience. Be aware that at the end of the month, there may be long lines. Also, it is much cheaper to pay via a check than credit card. The store is quite expansive and can be overwhelming; but I find items here that are not available at other King Soopers and the staff are always very helpful and friendly."
