"I have been over to LOP many times over the years. I have always walked out with a positive feeling from my experience there. I have always thought of the place as the Stihl shop. I've started a firewood operation on my property. I have a lot of scrap wood as a result of having my friend's sawmill here. We were having difficulty getting my old chain saw running so I just went over to LOP and bought a new saw. We have needed to bring the saw back a couple of times for very minor adjustments and I was greatly impressed by Ryan, the store manager. He was very kind and did all the work on the saw, free of charge. And very informative on some details on operation of the saw. I would highly recommend LOP for any needs for equipment powered by small gas engines, all produced by Stihl."
"My experience with Longmont Outdoor Power equipment was poor. I've done business with this store several times and each time the staff has me waiting in the front for no apparent reason. I was charged 6 dollars plus tax for a file that was marked 4.59. I don't recommend Longmont Outdoor Power equipment until they find a way to solve these problems."
