"Home depot is just as bad as automated phone calls. Go here, then there, back again and so on...felt as if I was in left field and no action!"

"The pros at Home Depot (presently) seem to enjoy their jobs more than those of Lowes. Consequently, regardless of inventory and prices, I find myself enjoying my trips to Home Depot a great deal more. Now, just because they received 5 stars does not mean you should expect to get 5 star service on every visit. They are, after all, composed of humans and quite susceptible to human errors and problems. I really do love the pro team at the Longmont Home Depot though. I rarely leave without a smile on my face."

"The pro-desk people I deal with are pretty good. The issue is that Home Depot doesn't keep good people at the pro desk. They move them up. Then there's also the Dilemma that Home Depot can't get everything a real contractor needs or the specific choice of brands. The folks that I deal with at this Home Depot Longmont, are good to me because I've known them and worked with them in some cases for five to seven or eight years. In general though if you're a real contractor, Home Depot's Last Choice except it's a big box and bound to be everywhere"

"So much home improvement items I didn't know I needed, but couldn't live without! I could spend hours in this place, and way too much money!"
