"Rude associates. God forbid you need help finding a size or style. Always a line to purchase or return. One associate working at register but 6 registers available. It will never change tho, they could care less!"

"Customer service is just not it. First I was basically yelled at for being in the wrong line when I was returning something. I didn’t see a sign, I just saw the line and got in. I NEVER come here, my bad. Then, you can’t even try on clothes here… I live 40 mins away! If it doesn’t fit, I have to come all the way back here just to be possibly yelled at again? Too bad this is the only Zara around."

"This Zara is a hot mess. They need to hire more staff asap. Lines are usually 5 people deep and their fitting rooms are always closed. The staff are overworked and move at a glacial speed. Unfortunately this is the only Zara in all of Denver/CO."

"You must not care at all about your customers or you would see that most of your reviews are awful. Dressing room had 3 rooms open, 15 people in line all loaded down with clothes in their arms, sweating, annoyed - when I asked the attendant and I use that loosely since the room was over flowing with clothes- who was standing staring at her phone, if there were more than 3 rooms available, she began reprimanding me about how obvious it should be to me that they are short staffed and how I “shouldn’t come shopping if I don’t have time to wait” WHAT???!! Wanted to drop all the clothes and walk out. Had to return item that was so itchy it wasn’t possible to wear it for a minute. Only two people at register - one for returns and one for purchase - 16 people in line - has been 25 minutes in the line - no one on register in men’s, no one on register in children’s. It’s a Sunday - how do you only have two people on a Sunday? Dressing room a mess again with clothing all over the floor. So gross if they go back on the racks. Also can’t return or get credit if no receipt. Seriously? Are you the largest retailer in Europe? How can you not use my credit card to pull up a transaction? Stop! Even Walmart can do that. So I’m finally out of the store and it took over an hour to return 1 item. I will not shop here again because between the hour and a half each way from Colorado Springs to This Zara and the wait time I could have flown to London. Give me a break and have some respect for your customers. Done with Zara."

"The fitting room is almost always closed. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of going to the store to buy clothes if you can’t try them on? And if you buy a lot of Zara, you know you MUST try on before purchasing, otherwise you will be making lots of returns. This has happened to me almost every time I’ve tried to shop at this Zara recently. I’m a mom who had to get childcare to go shopping and it’s so frustrating to show up and realize I’ve wasted my time. Unacceptable."
