"My husband and I called this company in August to replace screens on our new house, we had to call them a month later to find out what the status was…they literally forgot about us then came today Dec 11 two more months later with the wrong sized screens after giving them the frames to go off from. Then we get a TEXT MESSAGE from the owner stating that they are unwilling to help us due to my husband’s frustration! So unprofessional!!"
