"After noticing an unusual noise coming from my vehicle, I decided to take the vehicle to Aspen Auto Clinic in Monument. So glad I did! They quickly conducted an inspection/analysis. They noted that the transmission system was around 2 quarts low on fluid and saw evidence that the system had been tampered with, thus causing the noise we heard. Aspen Auto did an excellent job servicing the transmission system and getting everything back in order. The vehicle is running great! Aspen Auto Clinic provided me with a detailed description of their findings along with pictures and a video! I am so impressed with Aspen Auto…they even followed up with me twice to check on how the vehicle was running! Lesson learned…I will only trust my vehicles to the experts! Thanks Aspen Auto for going above and beyond!"

"These guys did a great job on my 1992 F-150. I had new extended radius arms put on with new springs, and having a TTB suspension, I needed to have it aligned from that work. It was pretty bad to start, but come to find out one of my alignment bushings on the ball joint was bad (visually confirmed it myself) and a whole host of things not allowing it to align properly given it was barely able to stay in alignment prior to my upgrades. They provided a courtesy shuttle to my home and back to their shop the next day when the work was done. That was quite phenomenal as I was unable to get a ride to and from. Given all the issues, they managed to get what is probably one of the best alignments I have seen in a long time for a TTB suspension, 6" lift (drop brackets). I initially thought I may need to do some adjustments after leaving the shop (change toe a bit so the steering wheel would stay more center), but after driving around town a bit, the wheel is pretty much straight on. This is probably the first time I have felt I didn't need to make adjustments after the fact to get the wheel straight after an alignment. Great job to the technician who took on this challenge and the friendly service of the other employees. Hopefully the job will be a lot easier now with everything fixed should I need alignments in the future. The price tag at the end hurt a bit, but they were very fair about it, and given all the extra time required to align my vehicle and problems, I can't blame them. I would take it back there again given the quality of work and the do it right the first time mentality they seem to have."
