"The carpet looks great after install….. however, the damage and lack of customer service is appalling. Damage was done to almost ever corner and or door frame from dragging the roll of carpet across it. During the vinyl flooring install, the pedestal sink was broken. Our 5 gallon bucket of paint was used as a drain bucket ruining the paint. The store manager had an “oh well” attitude when damages were reported. Will not be using Carpet Exchange again….will share our experience with everyone!"
