"This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had. I walked into this store only looking to make an exchange because i had picked up the wrong item that morning. I returned around 5pm to pick up the correct item and return the one i had gotten. Walking into the store there's only one cashier and the line is backed up halfway across the store. I knew where the item was that I needed to grab so, picked it up and stood in line. The line is not more efficiently at all, and as i get closer i see the women and signing everyone up with an account for the store. Which, sure people might want an account if they shop often. But the way she is phrasing it is if they dont sign up for an account she can't do the transaction. I finally get to the counter and to the cashier I just want to make and exchange and she says "ok we will have to make an account for that" when i asked her why should had no response. On top of that, I am standing there and people start STEALING! "Oh no no no", I thought to myself. So she proceeds to ask me a million question to create this account, as the line behind me grows bigger. Then a second woman comes to the front about the guy who stole and says "I'll just call it in later" The way the I will never be setting food back in any location every again...just terrible."
"I love Harbor Freight s, but on Saturdays, OMG! It's so busy an the line is so slow, my advise.. don't go on Saturdays unless you got plenty of time, I stood in line 45 min. Wow! Wish I'd took pic,"
"An excellent place for inexpensive, but quality tools. Many of these tools have a lifetime warranty, which has been honored by Harbor Freight in the past. The cashier at this particular store made me aware of coupons, which saved me a considerable amount of money."
"Went there for one item, wheels, and they didn't have the size I needed. Usually, that's not the case. I saw a flier. The week before, they had a sale on that item. That explained it. Cashier did check computer to see if they had any in the back... no luck. I will be back again... good store."
"I picked up a small Apache 1800 Rugged Mobility hard case for my handgun. Great price $15-$25 depending upon the size. This place is dependable and very reliable. I have been shopping here for many years. They always have what you need and are very helpful when you’re not sure how to do something. Come in and walk around. There is something for everyone. You’ll thank me later!"
