She goes out of her way to be sure she understands where the patient is coming from and all of the symptoms being presented. She then makes a very professional and knowledgeable diagnosis. She never leaves the patient's side until the patient is better. She's a true advocate and will fight to be sure you get what you need. I've never had better care.
