"Fiancée just got his vasectomy here. I understand where some of the negative reviews are coming from and wouldn't recommend this location for more serious / chronic urological health issues, only based on our experience with communication issues with the clinic (line goes directly to voicemail, did not appear to have office phone, could only get a hold of via email, online portal hard to navigate). However, overall WONDERFUL experience for what we came for. They got us a quick vasectomy appointment turnaround despite the doctor being on sabbatical (email contact), office staff was very friendly once we arrived, and doctor did an amazing job. No pain or complications post-procedure. Gets the job done without frills."

"The clinic is ok but they will not call you back for urgent needs. I had a small surgery done there and they helped after multiple phone calls with answering my urgent question for aftercare. Upon having a complication they have not answered 3 calls during normal business hours and have not returned any of my calls that are left as “urgent”. How is this place even licensed operating like this? Dr. Weiss is a fine guy but their organization skills and communication are completely subpar."

"The doctor himself is a very friendly and knowledgeable. The office on the other hand is a catty joke. Repeated scheduling issues wasting hours of my time because THEY messed up but were still rude to me as if I was rhe one doing the scheduling. Don't mind the receptionist as she is very new there, but DJ threw a temper tantrum because I wrote a note down on a business card and placed it on her desk while she was on a lengthy phone call and I walked away. . I could not wait any longer because due to the scheduling mishap, I was there for nearly 2 hours and was already late to orior engagements caused by them (ONLY 15 MINUTES OF ACTUALLY SPEAKING WITH THE DOCTOR). As I walked away, she rudely picked up the card and pen and slammed it on the counter; throwing the pen into the waiting area. I was the one waiting in the waiting area for over an hour as i watched people who were there for maybe 15 minutes go straight back. I would have given 2 stars out of respect for the doctor, but the level of sloppiness and disrespect from the office staff robbed the great doctor of that extra star. DJ clean up your act and attitude toward patients and someone please help the new girl so she can be successful here. Took my business elsewhere after wasting hours of my time on every single visit. Great doctor, pathetic and aggressive staff."
