"I've worked at this clinic as a psychiatrist for almost a year and a half. And, although I've seen some critical reviews, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The nurses and medical assistants I work with are concerned with taking care of our patients in the best possible way. In my 40+ years as a practicing psychiatrist, including at 2 other community mental health centers, I have not worked with more dedication clinicians."
"It’s hard for me to read the negative reviews, though I understand that many times reviews are left only if someone has a bad experience. I’ve been working at CRC now for 9 months with no plans to leave. I have excellent support staff and the medical director is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve asked to have my schedule adjusted three times and have been accommodated. I don’t know anyone working here who isn’t sincerely interested in helping people with their mental health issues."
"We have had multiple appointments cancelled and as a result were discharged. Even with proof that the mistake was on their end. My child is now off medication cold turkey which is unethical and unsafe to her health. Staff was unwilling to reinstate us (even with my documentation they cancelled our appointments) in two years my daughter has had 8 therapists because of such high turnover and 4 med prescribers. This organization should be shut down and started over. After what we and many others have been through I wood highly suggested not coming here."
