"They have been helpful and professional. I see Jennifer Keto, NP, as my primary provider. She has done a great job meeting my medical needs and being available, when I really need her. She is courteous, kind, and professional. The front desk ladies and the nurses are very courteous, nice, and professional too. I would recommend Jennifer Keto, NP and her staff."

"I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and was not surprised to see all of the negative reviews. In my own experience I can confirm many of those negative reviews occured on this end as well. I had Dr. Mino and while he seemed great and listened well in the beginning that slowly began to change in the past 3 years. I had an issue with my prescriptions being refilled so I could take them on time. Spoke with the pharmacist first as this was a shared issue between their system and my doctor approving them. The pharmacist was not interested in helping. I never got the chance to call Dr. Mino to mention. I guess the pharmacist called him and said I was asking for both of my prescriptions to be filled early when that was not the case at all. Specifically, on time was my request. Instead I get a long winded voicemail from Dr. Mino indicating "that I can find elsewhere to get my prescriptions and my healthcare." That was my experience. Of course, there is more I can add that was equally disturbing from a healthcare person (not professional). Will I be going somewhere else where I am heard and understood? Absolutely. I do hope (for their sake) this location finds their way again. Notice not a single person from this organization is paying attention to these reviews? That should tell you everything you need to know."

"I have been seeing Emily B. for physical therapy off and on for years and she is always incredibly helpful. She has a great understanding of the musculoskeletal systems, is patient with me, understands my needs and helps me recover with stretching and strength building exercises. I haven't had epxerience with others at this location but I highly recommend her if you have any aches or pains. It's amazing with PT can do!"

"Do not go here. Dealing with Pamela the referral person is an absolute nightmare. I have to ask multiple times for the retro be sent to a specialist. Also, as others have said. You have to make an appointment for a prescription refill even if you’ve been on the medication for awhile."

"I’ve been going to this office for over 8 years and it was great at first but has gone completely downhill over the last 2 to 3 years. I used to see Dr. Mullen and she was amazing but the doctors they have there now do not seem to care about the patients at all. I just had to switch to a different doctor because the one they replace Dr. Mullen with didn’t even know what high blood pressure levels were, she had to look them up. Now I’m being required to make an appointment every single time I need a refill on my prescription even though I’ve been on it for over 8 years. They also do not answer the phone, I called twice one day and was on hold for 15 minutes each time before I hung up. I will never recommend this location and I’m looking for a new doctor now too."
