"Got a membership for $19.99. The result is acceptable for the touch-less car wash. It is in very nice clean area that by the gas station. They also have vacuum, self cleaning bays, dog wash etc. Vacuum has also air. This car wash is the closest one to my house. They have an app that creates a wash code every time when you are close enough to location that generates code when you use the car wash. When the weather is very cold they close the self cleaning bays. I didn’t try the touch-less washes at that time. Have no info if they also closed. Touch-less wash has 3 options ( essential - superior - incredible ) Memberships starts : $19.99 basic wash plan has essential wash, $39.99 classic wash plan has superior wash, $49.99 incredible wash. They all have free vacuum access."

"Really want to like this car wash but the spotless rinse is absolutely 100% not spotless in the least. I genuinely care about my finish, so I DO NOT want to touch it with anything, not a rag, a cloth, a brush, NOTHING (that's how you get swirls that can be seen in the sun). Unfortunately, I have to wipe my car down with Windex and a clean microfiber after I come here. This has resulted in minor swirling in my ceramic coat. I've spent 40 bucks at this place before and REALLY took my time rinsing and drying... Still spots everywhere. I still come here sometimes but I don't take my time and get it done as quickly/cheaply as possible because I'm just going to have to hand polish the spots off the entire car at the end anyway. In response to owner: You may be correct about the swirls, but I find it hard to believe that a glass hard ceramic coat cannot be cleaned with windex. The installer said to use a clean microfiber towel and water (no mention of lubrication and clearly stated even soap is not necessary unless it's crazy dirty, but I do use soap anyway), but that windex is just as acceptable if I feel that water is not removing whatever, and is chemically safe. I suspect the swirls are from the particulates that are in the spots being left on the coat (which I do not think he considered), as the towel is collecting those as it is being cleaned. They would seem meaningless for one wash, but after 10 it's going to become obvious. I do believe you when you say a lubricating agent will help though, there is no reason it should not, so I'll look into that and thank you for the advice. As far as the line still having the cruddy water in it, there is no way it still has that water in it by the time I finish rinsing the car. Once I've gone all the way around it should long have been cleared, so the times I have gone full circle around the car twice there should have been no spots, but there were spots, not just in one area, all the way around the car, every single panel, all over the grill, on every single window, on every piece of chrome. Like I said, I did very much take my time once, I literally had to swipe my card twice. I don't see how much more I could let the line clear than meticulously rinsing the entire vehicle twice? I will be paying very close attention when I next visit and will update my review accordingly. Thank you for responding."

"No matter whenever you go there,always 2 car wash spots are always on temporary close. Most of the time, one spot is open and packed. They don't care how much people suffer because most people have theirs monthly subscriptions and as a company they have their monthly income."

"Have had some form of a membership for almost 3 years at AutoWash. The Fox Hill location is very conveniently located... However the maintenance and upkeep on this location is truly horrible and cannot ever count on their equipment being operable. Used to pay for a higher level membership but due to the many issues, we scaled back to the cheapest level membership. We have loaded up the dogs and traveled over here several times, just to find out the dog wash is out of order. Of the 3 automatic wash bays, there is generally 1-2 of them 'Out Of Service' on any given day making for very long wait times(3 times as long as necessary) regardless of the time of day. Often times the wait is just not feasible. Often the undercarriage wash as you enter the bays is also malfunctioning or not functioning at all leading to further inconsistencies in services provided. This business charges a membership price and in turn agrees to provide a service for this membership fee. The business DOES NOT hold up their end of this transaction. Every time a customer shows up and they do not have the facilities available that we're paying for, It would be honest for the company to offer a partial refund for the monthly fees that I am still being charged regardless of whether or not the facility was operable. Must be how they remain profitable.. charge customers and then do not provide the service they pay for... Appears to be a very poorly managed location and currently seeking another membership style wash that has a more reliable facility. Would avoid this place!! Image on the review is Sunday 4/23/23 8am. Only 1 of 3 wash bays functioning. 3 cars in line for the 1 working bay. Both other bays out of service. Very regular occurrence at this location unfortunately. EDIT: I don't see any value in calling the phone number received in the reply from Auto-Wash. If the company wanted to do right by their customers, they have all of my info via my monthly membership and full name. They can contact me. 4/29/23 230pm. 1 of 3 bays currently operable. 4 cars in line for the 1 working automatic wash. Worker on site. Only 1 bay has a come in front of it."

"This used to be my favorite car was because of the price and the convenience of how close it is to my house. Over the last few months it seems the care and maintenance at the Foxhill location has gone down hill. Every time I come here at least one of the automatic bays are broken. I am here right now and only 2 of the 3 automatic bays is “working”, but even the bay I am currently sitting in is not operating at full capacity. It was supposed to spray your wheels/underside of the vehicle when entering the bay and it did not. Unfortunately the self service bays here suffer as well. Usually one of the functions of the self service bay is out of service or an entire bay is always down. I was Autowash would put more effort into maintaining their facilities, because they are losing customers over it. Update 03/10/2023 One self service bay closed and two automatic bays are inoperable, but only one is actually closed. This is a regular occurrence. Every time I come here there are multiple bays closed and I come here atleast once a week."
