"I have a new Havanese mix puppy, Winnie, and she's still very scared of other dogs and people, so I wanted to bring her to a groomer where they were aware and she was taken care of and felt as safe as possible during the grooming process. Alex has been so sweet with her and didn't rush her grooming so that Winnie felt okay through the process, and it's made me feel so good knowing she's in good hands. Winnie has been 2 times now, and she will continue to go back. Her last cut was so cute we can't stand it! And they don't try to overcharge you here. Very happy to have found Alex and Grand Central Grooming!"
"Aubree started working with Olivia over a year ago and instantly the two developed a special bond of adoration! (Olivia used to have a LOT of trust issues.) Olivia has her nails trimmed regularly. Yesterday she had her first *real* grooming bath and enjoyed it! Olivia is still a little apprehensive when we first arrive at Grand Central Grooming, yet she melts as soon as she's greeted by her favorite groomer! "Alex is the best groomer we’ve ever had for our bernedoodle (or, just ever). Our pooch has extreme shyness/anxiety around adults he’s never met before, but Alex was the first person he was at ease with right away. She’s a great person and a great stylist, we are always pleased with how Tycho looks when he’s done. Plus she has great availability when so many places are booked far in advance and she’s very responsive, so you don’t have to wait a month to get in.
