"I made my last visit to this store. Was told by phone automation system my prescription was ready but when I went to pick it up frazzled pharmacy tec Michael couldn't find it, blamed me for not picking it up earlier, then went on to blame the computer system. When I was able to get my Rx and had questions, Michael was rude and aggressive and his excuse for his attitude was "I came at him with attitude. " This isn't the job for him."

"If I could give no stars I would. Everytime I pick up my meds Michael is so rude. Makes me feel like I'm such an inconvenience coming to get what is prescribed to me. I've never felt more worst or nervous to pick up my medication cause he's always such a rude person."

"My main complaint is that they can’t keep staff. One sign that they had on the drive thru window was “closed due to lack of staff caused by verbal abuse”. I’m not kidding. They close at odd hours because of this and my prescriptions are unavailable until I try again and see how my luck is. At least one tech is very rude, and this is the case with every interaction I’ve had with her. I’ve moved my prescriptions to the Walgreens pharmacy on Main."

"I have been using this pharmacy for years and never had much of a problem, but what happened yesterday really shows how little this pharmacy cares about its customers. I had surgery yesterday, I’m in an extreme amount of pain, but I’m still waiting for them to fill my prescription. The reason? “We’re just really busy with flu shots right now, I know you said you just had surgery but there’s nothing I can do about it” is what the girl in the drive thru said. I am in so much pain and I haven’t slept since surgery. I am still on hold right now as we speak because they don’t even answer the phone either. This is not okay. I will not be using this pharmacy at all in the future"
