King Soopers

"Cyndi is always rude and unprofessional. Every other employee is polite and always working. As many negative interactions with her I do not say anything about her unprofessional behavior. Today I was polite asked a question and when she refused to help me and asked me to get service someplace else. I just walked away and she proceeded to yell at me from across the store. Again, I kept walking and said nothing. After an hour waiting for assistance she came over to assist. A “white lady” asking the same questions I had, requesting the same help bending from side to side, jaw going from side to side off whatever drugs she was on, she gladly assisted!..BUT I ASSUME MY “BROWN ASS” couldn’t get the same assistance. And after my transaction I told her that I felt she was very rude inappropriate and very condescending after she refused to help me. She was doing nothing at self checkout. To be a supervisor and refuse assistance, to have a supervisor role and act that way is disgusting!! When I brought it to her attention how she treated me she STARTED ARGUING WITH ME, cutting me off and YELLING “ I didn’t do that, I didn’t do that” like a child. Not like a supervisor wanting to amend her inappropriate actions. I didn’t even bring up how she helped the white crackhead requiring the same assistance. I reminded her I was respectful and spoke in a respectful tone even when she treated me disrespectfully and refused to help me. And I reminded her again when I brought her unprofessional behavior to her attention that I was not yelling or raising my voice and still not being disrespectful, EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS YELLING AT ME. I told her I’m not trying to argue just trying to address how a supervisor should be acting. I wanted her to take some kind of acknowledgment SHE KEPT YELLING AND CUTTING ME OFF. So I said I will write a review and make a complaint while she was yelling and walked out. King Soopers is on a National list for worst food chains in United States it ranks TOP 3 out of 10 and it’s people like Cyndi who make the chain trash. And give King Soopers a BAD NAME! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS KING SOOPERS again!! She is continuously disrespectful, unprofessional and condescending. She does not know how to speak to people and should not be a supervisor. AT ALL!.. I hope corporate and the right people see this and get her out of there. I’m sure this is not the first time. If I’ve dealt with Cyndi’s unprofessional, childish demeanor and her unprofessional attitude on numerous occasions. I’m fed up and speaking up. I’ve never been so mistreated consistently. The fact she gets away with it says a lot King Soopers Corporate, THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE GREAT!"

"I was with my friends approximately 8 p.m. today, 01/25/2024, I accompanied them to place an Instacart order at the time of payment, a woman named CHERYL, a parking employee, told us that we could not pay at the automatic checkout that we had to go to another place, she did it in the worst way making gestures with her face and movements with her hands, after changing places another lady named Maria Angelica took care of us in the best way. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. His attitude made us feel like we were criminals. Is this how employees treat customers?"

"Today they made me feel humiliated and discriminated against by a staff at this supermarket because when I went to pay, this person in charge of the checkout, CHERYL, in a rude manner, addressed me and my two friends saying that we couldn't pay at those checkouts. . Ok I understand that if it couldn't be done, it wasn't such a rude way to address your treatment towards us, I feel very upset by the lack of respect that this staff Cheryl refers to us, a bad education and lack of understanding and knowledge that is "customer service". I am a delivery for the Instacard application and I have made many purchases for clients of this supermarket and it is the first time that a place has made me feel this way. I hope Supervisors and Manager take action on the matter!"

"They have good customer service but they will also assume you to be some criminal. I went to pick up groceries and spent over 200$ but they had people follow me around the store and stand out be my vehicle, and watch me leave. Assuming and harassing your customers is not cool to say the least."
